This one has been on my mind of late more than usual, and she's on my mind all the time. Her legion of fans and support staff have been on pins and needles through the month of October as she went through 3 rounds of interviews that finally landed her a new job after five years in (officially recognized by many authentic sources) Hell - aka a law office. I did the fatherly thing - trying to push this uber-bright mind in the direction of law school so she could, you know, save the world and all that crazy shi' ... but why should anyone be surprised she didn't want to take that advice? Duh! Now she can hang with a cool cauldron of comrades and collaborate on a calliope of other conundrums. I like this photo - taken last Thanksgiving-or-so, as my next Amazing Woman, Olga, and I were about to jump the Atlantic to new life in Amsterdam - because it...well...show her gorgeousness, quirkiness and brilliance - with a hint of mischievousness.
